I’m Laura, a certified Breathwork practitioner who has studied conscious breathing since 2019 and maintains a consistent daily practice. This work has supported my own nervous system regulation, stress resilience, focus, sleep, and overall wellbeing, shaping the grounded, practical way I guide others.
I am also a Somatic Experiencing® (SE™) student, training in a body-based approach that emphasizes physiological awareness and the nervous system’s natural capacity to restore balance.
I work with individuals and groups to teach conscious breathing and somatic practices that support regulation, resilience, and sustainable wellbeing.
