Breathwork is a guided, intentional way of working with the breath to support nervous system regulation, stress reduction, and overall wellbeing. By consciously bringing awareness to breathing patterns, this practice helps calm the body, improve focus, and restore a sense of internal balance.
Yes. Breathwork is accessible to people of all experience levels. Techniques are introduced gradually and adapted to the needs of individuals or groups, making the practice approachable, safe, and supportive.
Absolutely. Many techniques taught during sessions are practical and easy to apply during everyday situations — at work, at home, or during moments of stress. The goal is to build tools that support long-term wellbeing, not just temporary relief.
Breathwork is generally gentle and supportive. If you are pregnant, have respiratory or cardiovascular conditions, or have other medical concerns, it is recommended to consult with your healthcare provider before participating and to inform me prior to a session.
You can begin by exploring the services offered or reaching out to discuss individual or group sessions. Each offering is designed to meet you where you are and support sustainable nervous system regulation.
Laura completed comprehensive Breathwork training through The Joyful Life Project and the Nashville Breathwork Center, where she studied facilitation, nervous system awareness, and guided breath-based practices in group and individual settings. Her training was completed under the mentorship of Juliana Ericson, a breathwork educator and author.
Laura is also currently a Somatic Experiencing® (SE™) student, training in a body-based approach that focuses on nervous system regulation, physiological awareness, and supporting the body’s natural capacity to restore balance following stress.
